Healthy habits start young. Participating in regular exercise from a young age has shown to decrease the risk to injury & health problems.

Thrive’s paediatric exercise prescriptions are aimed towards improving gait (walking), the development of gross & fine motor skills, sports performance, and mental health/wellbeing.

Paediatric exercise sessions combine therapeutic exercise with games & play to improve adherence and promote the development of a healthy relationship with exercise.

Thrive works individually with children of varying ages. Children can be self-referred by their parents, doctor or NDIS provider.
