Healthy Ageing Classes

Thrive runs small group exercise classes for older adults (maximum of 6 participants). Classes are targeted towards the physiological changes that occur with ageing, with a particular focus on those related to menopause. Classes combine a personalised exercise prescription that’s been tailored to your needs, along with a group circuit for building and maintaining strength, bone density, balance and fitness.

Private health & Medicare rebates available.

Please note: All participants must complete an initial consultation prior to commencing classes. This is for health & safety purposes. Depending on presenting health conditions and/or injuries, an additional individual session/s may be required.
